Where can I install AExporter?
Microsoft Edge users can install directly from the official Microsoft Edge Add-ons listing.
Why is it not on the Chrome Web Store yet?
The Chrome Web Store version is being prepared. Current Early Access distribution prioritizes the official Edge store, and the website does not expose a production ZIP.
Do I need to purchase before installing from the Edge Store?
No. You can install and use Free features first. Pro features require a valid AExporter Pro redemption code.
How do I get Pro?
Mainland China Early Access currently uses manually delivered redemption codes purchased through the Xianyu channel described in the official guide. Installation and Pro purchase are separate steps.
Is my conversation text uploaded?
Export parsing runs locally in your browser. Licensing, quotas, orders and redemption status use the AExporter API, but conversation text is not sent to the backend to create the export.
Why do long conversations take time?
Some AI sites virtualize their message lists. AExporter must load them viewport by viewport. Do not treat a file as a complete backup if the log says incomplete scan.
Which formats require Pro?
Monthly provides Raw. Quarterly adds batch export, Clean and watermark removal. Yearly and Triennial add Pure Dialogue, Obsidian and Agent JSONL.
How can I purchase?
Mainland China purchases currently use manually delivered Xianyu redemption codes. Stripe international checkout, WeChat Pay and Alipay are coming soon; international card checkout is not available in this release.
Can I move a redeemed code to another device?
The first redemption binds the current device. Contact support with the order reference for migration or exceptional cases.
What if an AI website changes?
Early Access depends on third-party page structures and cannot promise permanent compatibility. Keep the log and contact [email protected].
